NextDoorWork works like a live local marketplace on mobile. Customers post what they need from the iOS or Android app. Nearby approved workers can respond from their app. The customer chooses the worker they trust most.

1. Choose the service Pick the type of help you need, such as gardening, painting, cleaning, repairs, moving help, or maintenance.
2. Describe the job Add a short description, location, and timing so workers understand the work before they respond.
3. Workers nearby respond Available workers who match the service can show interest. You are not forced into one assigned worker.
4. Compare and choose Review profiles, ratings, verified job count, distance, and rates before selecting your preferred worker.
5. Track the job Get updates as the worker is selected, heads to the job, starts work, completes the job, and payment is confirmed.
6. Rate the experience Ratings and reviews help good workers build reputation and help future customers make better choices.
